'Heart Times In The City' Nob Hill Gazette
'Taking her chance with a heart that says thank you'

This piece is about dualism. There are pig's heads attached to the pig's head, and pig's bodies on the pig's body. The many making up the whole also brings fractals to mind. The title comes from the Beatles' song 'Little Piggies'.

Mail Call
This piece is inspired by a soldier's memory of mail from home being shredded by helicopter propellors in the field. The rolling pin is both a domestic item and a weapon. The cut up chunks look both mechanical and boney.
mirror babies
An analyst friend of mine was describing her work with patients. She saw in them their unformed infant state, and tried to mirror back at them what they needed to evolve. Or something like that. Anyways, I made this piece for her.
